WAREHOUSE STAFF – Bellevue

Our Bellevue facility is looking for an addition to our Warehouse Staff. The basic function of the Warehouse Staff is to perform all aspects of the warehouse operation at the direction of the Warehouse Manager. This includes receiving product into the warehouse, organizing the product and preparing it for delivery to customers and/or installers as well as maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of the entire store facility.

Our Federal Way location is seeking an experienced Branch Manager with a minimum of 5 years in the flooring industry.

Summary/Objective The branch manager directs the overall activities of the store to continually and simultaneously serve the customers within the company’s target market in an extraordinary manner so that the company’s brand name and reputation continue to flourish. This position works to earn an acceptable rate of return on sales after incentive compensation and maintain a healthy cash flow. Additionally, the store manager invests time and money in personal development.

Summary/Objectives The function of the Office Manager is to be responsible for performing all office functions associated with a Great Floors store facility. This includes supervision of other office support personnel including, but not limited to, an assistant office manager, builder support person and receptionist. The candidate must have above average computer, telephone and organizational skills.

The Office Manager is responsible for all office administration tasks associated with a Great Floors retail facility. The Office Manager has the responsibility for the hiring, firing and training of all personnel associated with the office staff.

The Office Manager must participate in regular department head meetings.

This position is mobile and will support all 20 branches so can be located in Western Washington, Eastern Washington or Northern Idaho.

Summary/Objectives

This sales position is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining the specialty product lines, including but not limited to, window coverings, area rugs and/or countertops. This position works closely with Great Floors sales, sales support and operations to ensure continuity in product offering and company goals. This position will visit all branches quarterly and is responsible for training, displays, pricing and sales growth. They are also responsible for adhering to and promoting the company values by performing duties in a manner that is consistent with the GF Way and supports the continued growth of the company.
