Great Floors honors all our manufacturers' warranties. We only work with the top suppliers, mills and manufacturers, companies that stand behind their products. If you find a defect in any material we sell, we will work with you and the manufacturer to resolve the problem to your satisifaction.
Labor/Installation Warranties
Great Floors works with a select group of Northwest's installers, each a craftsman in his chosen field. Because of these relationships, we provide a One Year Warranty on the labor on any flooring we install.

We do everything we can to make sure you don't pay more than you should for any product you buy from Great Floors. If within 30 days you find the same brand and product at a lower price, we will refund the difference plus 10%.
